KFC

Honestly it's pretty good. They've got exactly what you'd expect from one of the nation's top chicken fast food restaurants. They have wings, drums, thighs, popcorn, mashed potatoes, gravy, sandwiches... And I personally love KFC. The wait time once order was placed wasn't long at all, either. There wasn't much of a line, but it still didn't take too long to get each person in front of me their order. And this was around their lunch rush time. Plenty of cars behind me as I left, but I'm sure they won't be waiting long, either. The food is good, the staff is friendly... What more can I say?

Was served potato wedges that was so old they were hard. Cashier acted like we were taking up too much if his time. Wish knew how to post a picture of the potatoes wedges. They should have NEVER come over the counter. Husband plans to talk to owner on Monday.

Pat and Jean always make this store so much better. The only time I'll ever eat there. Will say, in the past I've been scared to eat here because it's always been very gross and soggy and just awful In my opinion. These two ladies made my day and deserve a raise! Keep up the good work!

The gal at the counter was very patient as my friend and I ordered. It can be hard to understand my friend sometimes, but she was very patient and cheerful, and provided what we needed.

Best KFC I've eaten at as far as quality of food and cleanliness. This one is about 40 minutes from our neighborhood yet good enough that I think if I'm out this way and craving KFC I would drive the way to come here. I just wish KFC didn't go to pre-wrapped cookies. The "home-made" style were so much fresher and tasted much better.

I have seen such a shift in service and food quality here over the time I've lived in the area. When I was younger, my parents would buy us KFC from this location and it was always extremely gross. The service was god-awful as well. We never had a good experience there, so we rarely went. We were too frustrated to ever take a visit inside, too, but I always wished we had because sitting in the drive-thru was torture. The window they used to have was old-fashioned and swiveled around, which one time broke on us and lost my mom her money for the meal. And no, we didn't get the meal free. It was just a bad experience every trip. But things have completely turned around. I started coming back here last year when I got the craving for chicken. Despite being shut down from an inspection in March, this place always has what I want. I get a $5 filler-up meal and it's always DELICIOUS. They're honest when they're out of stuff, but they're friendly about it, which helps the situation. They always offer something else instead or a better option. The staff now is sweet and friendly. I don't see people in the back goofing off as much or playing around in front of customers. The old staff used to seem so unprofessional and rude. Now, I never have anxiety when I go through the drive-thru. I really would recommend coming here now to anyone. Don't be thrown off by news stories about the recent inspection scare. It's been in Washington for a while and needed a makeover, and it was time. Give it a chance, it really won't disappoint you.

Craving fried chicken for awhile. Been waiting to try a new chicken restaurant in the area but it is not scheduled to open soon, so we went to our old standby KFC. Always good especially the biscuits!
